• "Website" – refers to www.flamingleek.app
• "Application" – refers to the Flaming Leek ordering app.

These Terms govern the sale of all goods by Flaming Leek and form the basis of the contract between you and us.

1. Formation of Contract

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. A binding contract forms only when Flaming Leek confirms acceptance and dispatch.

2. Pricing and Availability

We aim to ensure all prices and descriptions are accurate. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Payment

All online card payments are securely processed by Vocojet LTD. Transactions may appear as "Flaming Leek" or similar.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery/collection times are estimates only and may vary due to operational factors.

5. Order Amendments & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed. Contact support immediately if you need to amend an order.
